For the first part of our journey together, put your student hat on and get ready to learn about all things sound! Each week I’ll guide you through a new topic, in which you can expect easy-to-follow, exciting and engaging information, with a good mixture of theory and practical throughout.
week 1 - ‘I Am SOUND’

For the second part of our journey together, we’ll be continuing our sound education together alongside a deeper dive into YOU. My favourite roadmap to healing, which I’ve experienced such profoundly powerful shifts with, is the chakra system. Chakras are our energetic and emotional centres which can become blocked if we don’t do the work to heal, cleanse and balance them, causing disharmony and eventually illness (or dis-ease) in the body. Sound is an extremely powerful tool to bring our chakras back into balance, which is why it’s important to understand about them and which ones might need healing within you.
You will only be able to help others to heal to the degree of healing work you’ve already done on yourself, which is why I deem this second part of the training to be just as (if not more so!) important as the first part.

~ THINGS TO NOTE ~
No previous experience is necessary to enrol on this course; just a desire to learn and grow
There will be no refunds
You will need at least one crystal bowl to take part in this course (please see below for information on where to purchase bowls, and keep in mind, this process can take 2-3 weeks, so make sure you leave yourself enough time to organise before the course begins!)
This course is accredited by the CMA (Complementary Medical Association - recognised worldwide) and you will receive a certificate at the end, considering all modules/sessions have been completed and assessments passed satisfactorily
~ WHERE TO PURCHASE YOUR BOWL/S ~
/ Clear quartz-only /
Quartz-only bowls are the less expensive option, ranging from £300 to £800 per bowl. The reason they are less expensive than alchemy bowls (below) is because they are made of quartz only (no other crystals infused / no colour). High quality and powerful!

/ Alchemy Crystal Tones /
These are the bowls I use and start at around £900 per bowl. They’re more expensive than quartz-only as they’re infused with precious gemstones and minerals, giving them colour and enhancing their healing qualities. The quality is unparalleled.

You are also welcome to research and source your own of course (people sometimes opt for frosted bowls which are less expensive, but quality cannot always be guaranteed). Holly works with trusted distributors whose bowls are of the highest quality.
/ Things to note /
I would strongly advise against purchasing from an unknown seller such as on eBay, Etsy or Amazon. You get what you pay for, and if you’re serious about becoming a sound healer, it’s well worth investing in higher quality options - even if that means you can start with one and work your way up in time. You are worth the investment!
If budget allows, three bowls is an amazing start. You will most likely find you’ll want more! However, please don’t worry if you can only get one for now. I started with one and manifested more in time ;)
This process can take time - please allow at least 2-3 weeks before the course starts to get this sorted.
I have purchased bowls in real life and online. Both worked out! Of course connecting with your bowl in real life is preferable, but if this isn’t possible, ask for sound recordings/an online meeting to hear the bowl and use your intuition to guide you.
/ How to choose your bowls /
My best advice is simply - don’t get in your head about it! Forget about what note you THINK you want or what chakra needs unblocking... LOOK at the colours that draw you in, LISTEN to a few, and choose the bowl/s that FEEL right in your body. If it’s not a full-body “YES”, it’s probably a no! And of course, take guidance from the distributors who will help you with any questions.
