A BIT ABOUT ME
Peace used to feel so far away from where I was. At one time, I’d wake up shaking each morning as a sense of doom washed over me. I didn’t know who I was or where I was going in life. I had little self-worth or self-belief following years of being in an emotionally abusive relationship. I chased happiness in temporary highs and listened to my disruptive thoughts over the gentle whisperings of my heart.
When I finally decided to change my life, everything began falling into place. I found yoga and sound healing as powerful practices to bridge me back home to my true self and my inner resource of peace - it was inside all along! From this new place, I realised I had so much more to offer the world.
Over the last nine years, I’ve helped thousands of people to find their peace, to heal, to remember how powerful they are, to shine their light brighter in a world that needs it, to come home to themselves.
